Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where an event is canceled or rescheduled by The Cardinal.

7-Day Window (alternative to above): Full refunds may be available up to 7 days prior to the event start time. Refunds requested within 7 days of the event cannot be honored due to food prep and booking commitments.

Cancellations by The Cardinal: If an event is canceled due to severe weather, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will automatically receive a 100% full refund or the option to apply their ticket credit toward a future event.

Reschedules & Transfers

Can't make it? We want to make sure your ticket doesn't go to waste!

Transferring to a Friend: You may transfer your ticket to another person at any time before the event. Send an email to info@thecardinalvb.com with your order number and the name/email of the new attendee.

Rescheduling to Another Date: If you purchased a ticket for a recurring workshop or series (e.g., workshop or brunch) and need to move to a future date, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Transfer requests made within 48 hours of showtime may not be accommodated.

Seating, Arrival, and No-Shows

Arrival Time: Doors open [30–60 minutes] prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to get settled, order drinks, or eat before the show begins.

Unclaimed Tickets / Late Arrival: Reserved seats/tables are held until 15 minutes after the scheduled event start time. Unclaimed seats after this point may be released to standby/walk-in guests, and tickets will be considered forfeited without refund.

No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Age Restrictions & ID Requirements

Specific age requirements (e.g., 21+ for mixology/bar events, or all-ages for afternoon family brunches) are clearly listed on each event’s ticket page.

Valid physical government-issued ID is required at entry for all 21+ events.
